Qipao, also known as cheongsam (旗袍) in Cantonese, is a one-piece Chinese dress that has its origins in Manchu-ruled China back in the 17th century. 

   I took the inspiration from the film, combined with my understanding to design a beautiful cheongsam store. The main intent of the store is not only to the retail but also to offers a place for the exhibition area, fitting room, those services for customers to experience qipao’s Chinese traditional culture. Faa yeung nin wa is a project that is testing in order to introduce qipao as a mean of traditional clothes in Chinese culture.
